4.     All products must be complete with original accessories, parts, components, and packaging if included to be eligible for any kind of return.

5.     Refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.

All fully refurbished / certified desktops and laptops (excluding Apple) include a 1 Year warranty from original purchase date. You also have the option to purchase our 3 Year warranty plan. Our warranty covers hardware only: Motherboard, RAM, HDD / SDD, PSU, etc. We do not warranty any kind of accidental or physical damage that may be cause by misuse. Our warranty does not cover software or any other kind of programs and data that may be stored on the device.
